Formulation
Aus Cosmetics specialise in the manufacture of new and existing formulations. Method testing can be arranged prior to full scale manufacture and pilot batches for new products.
For existing products, we have the ability to adapt our systems to your existing processes, ensuring there is no change in quality when you switch suppliers.
New to cosmetics and skin care? We can recommend formulators for your specific requirements. If needed, you can take advantage of our analytical division for your batch and stability testing.
Manufacturing
Aus Cosmetics have state-of-the-art equipment to meet your manufacturing requirements. Our fully operational manufacturing facility includes 2000L tank mixers, 500L tank mixers, various smaller mixing vessels, liquid and cream filling lines, tube fillers, sachet filler and drum roller for bath salts.
Fill and Pack
Aus Cosmetics has capabilities to fill into bottles, jars, sachets or tubes, as per your brand’s requirements. Secondary packing into unit cartons or boxes is also available. Full traceability on all packed products is assured.
Store & Dispatch
Aus Cosmetics quality begins the moment your raw materials or components arrive, continuing through to delivery. Our team focuses on quality, safety and security. We have a range of storage options to suit your requirements.
