  • We accept a minimum of 20kg for each order and cater up to multiples of 2000kg. Please note, that due to economies of scale, larger batches attract a reduced cost per kilo rate.

  • Prior to manufacture, a 50% deposit is required when you order, with the balance due on completion, prior to dispatch. We will advise when your order is complete.

  • This depends on availability of raw material ingredients, packaging and manufacture scheduling. A general timeline of 6 weeks is allocated, and our team will update you on progress. If delivery is urgently required, please inform our office and we will accommodate the changes.

  • Aus Cosmetics will purchase the raw materials required to manufacture your order. As specified in our terms of trade, all unique raw materials are requested to be purchased by the client. Please enquire with our team.

  • We work with a number of packaging suppliers, printers and labelling companies. When you have chosen and designed your packaging, please place your order and send it to our warehouse. The client is responsible for all components when ordering.

  • Yes. Please contact us regarding the details and our team can assist you.

  • We provide physical and chemical tests in our laboratories. Visual appearance, odour, pH, density and viscosity is tested on all our QA samples, randomly selected from production lines.

    Several other tests are offered including stability testing, preservative efficacy testing and microbiological tests. These are all available from independently operated laboratories.

  • A confidentiality agreement is signed at the beginning of the process to protect your information. Your information is never disclosed to other parties.

  • No. We need a final tested formulation and method from your formulating chemist to mass manufacture. If you seek a formula created or designed, then you will need to source a formulation chemist to help you develop the product. A list of formulators are available on the ASCC website.

  • Under some conditions, it is possible to store your products or packaging at our premises. Please enquire with our team.

  • Sorry, we do not offer OEM services. Everything we manufacture belongs to our customers under contract. We do not produce our own brand of skincare, nor compete for sales in your target market. We manufacture skincare and do it extremely well!
