You can email us to ask for a quotation or order form at info@auscosmetics.com.au . Our office will respond to you to acknowledge your request.

What payment methods are available for AUS COSMETICS?

We accept direct transfer payments.

How will I be charged?

A.

A 50% deposit is required when you order, prior to manufacture, and the balance to be paid upon completion before dispatching. The office will advise when the order is complete.

It is possible for changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the changes with our team.

Where do you deliver to?

Products are delivered at the place you specify in Australia. We deliver nationwide and use a number of freight companies.

What is your minimum size order or run?

A.

We accept a minimum of 20 kilos for each order and can cater up to multiples of 2000kg. Please note, that due to economies of scale, larger batches attract a reduced cost per kilo rate.

How long will it take before goods are delivered?

A.

This depends on availability of raw material ingredients, packaging and manufacture scheduling. A general time line of 6 weeks is allocated. However our team will update you on progress and if delivery is urgently required, please inform our office and we will accommodate the changes.

Who orders the raw materials?

A.

AUS COSMETICS will purchase raw materials required to manufacture your order. As specified in our terms of trade, all unique raw materials are requested to be purchased by the client. Please enquire with our team.

Who supplies the packaging?

A.

We work with a number of packaging suppliers, printers and labelling companies. Once you have chosen and designed your packaging, you can place the order and have it sent to our warehouse. The client is responsible for all components when ordering.

Can I have bulk product made elsewhere and sent to Aus Cosmetics for filling only?

Yes, it is possible. Please contact us regarding the details and our team can assist you.

Can I store my products or packaging at your premises?

Under some conditions it is possible to store your products or packaging at our premises.

How is the product tested?

A.

We provide physical and chemical tests in our laboratories. Visual appearance, odour, pH, density and viscosity is tested on all our QA samples randomly selected from production lines.

Several other tests are offered such as stability testing, preservative efficacy testing and microbiological tests. These are all available from independently operated laboratories.

What about confidentiality of the formulation?

A confidentiality agreement is signed at the beginning of the process to protect your information. Your information is not disclosed to other parties.
